Sometimes a client only needs one or a few materials sampled rather than a complete pre-renovation hazardous materials assessment. For example for a minor work where the client wants to cut a hole in the ceiling for new lighting. In such cases specific material sampling is sufficient, and Peak Environmental will provide advice on sampling requirements including materials, quantity and size of samples needed to meet regulatory requirements. We will collect the samples for you and provide you with a detailed analysis report – and if you wish, remediation guidance.
