Risk Assessments

Once a Hazardous Materials Assessment has been completed, a Risk Assessment is required before abatement activities can commence. The risk assessment must include specific abatement project details, exposure risk mitigation, worker protection, and administrative and engineering controls as required to protect workers and building occupants from exposure to toxic or hazardous materials. Peak Environmental prepares risk assessments for projects involving asbestos, lead, mould and silica.
